MBA grad will speak to students Monday, February 16th

On Monday, February 16th Victor Martin will be coming to speak to College of Business students as an Executive in Residence.
Martin will be guest lecturing in multiple business classes during his visit. As an associate director at the Center for Comprehensive Services (CSS), Martin has supported many clients regarding various aspects of fund raising. These areas include developing campaign plans, writing case statements and conducting leadership training sessions. Martin has worked with multiple organizations including the Lions Club International in Oak Brook, Illinois; the Diocese of Springfield, Illinois; and the Archdiocese of St. Louis, Missouri.
Martin worked directly with Lions Club International Foundation’s campaign for blindness prevention and sight restoration. Martin served as the director of the CSS team for the Lions Club project. Martin is currently working on a $50 million capital and endowment effort for Kenrick-Glennon Seminary located in St. Louis, Missouri.A full itinerary has Martin guest lecturing for three classes throughout the day. These classes include: MKTG 304, MKTG 438 and MKTG 439. Martin plans on ending his day by speaking at 5:00pm to the Graduate Business Association, a registered student organization for Master of Business Administration and Master of Accountancy students.
Martin earned his MBA in Marketing from the SIU College of Business in 2005 and was honored as the 2005 Outstanding MBA student.
