At the time of induction, Hull was recognized for his services at Follett Corporation. Throughout his career at Follett Corporation, he held various roles, including vice president finance and chief financial officer, division controller, corporate controller and treasurer prior to his election as chairman, president and CEO in 1997 which he held until his retirement in 2001.
