At the time of induction, Micheletto served as co-chief executive officer and chief financial officer of both Ralcorp Holdings and Ralston Resorts. He began his career as controller for Lamply Electronics. In 1962 he joined Ralston Purina Company as financial analyst, planning and financial coordinator.
