Abdul Al Jumaily is an Assistant Professor of Practice with the Office of the Provost and holds a secondary appointment in the College of Business. Prior to joining Southern Illinois University, Professor Al Jumaily was at the University of Notre Dame, where he completed his graduate studies. While at the Mendoza College of Business, Professor Al Jumaily served as Graduate Teaching Assistant under the tutelage of Professor Jon Hall. There he assisted with the MBA Brand Strategy course which emphasized the marketing of durable goods products. During his studies at Notre Dame, he also served as teaching faculty at Holy Cross College and Indiana University. Additionally, Professor Al Jumaily holds an MFA from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelors degree from the University of Nebraska. His teaching interests include Consumer Behavior, Brand Management and Behavioral Finance. Outside of work, Abdul is an avid traveler and a nature enthusiast.
