Prior to his appointment, he had been the owner and operator of paging and cellular systems in the United States through his company, CyberTel Corporation for over 20 years. In November 1991, CyberTel was sold to Ameritech Corporation.

At the time of induction, Micheletto served as co-chief executive officer and chief financial officer of both Ralcorp Holdings and Ralston Resorts. He began his career as controller for Lamply Electronics. In 1962 he joined Ralston Purina Company as financial analyst, planning and financial coordinator. In the 1970s he acted as controller and division vice president of the Consumer Products Group.

At the time of induction, Posner served as senior vice president of finance and treasurer of Hyatt Corporation. He began his career as accounting manager for the Jewel Companies. In 1972, he joined Laventhol & Horwath for 10 years and became an Audit Partner in 1980. Since 1981, Posner has been with the Hyatt Corporation.

At the time of induction, Schmidt served as president of Information Technologies International, Inc. Previously he has held various roles within Illinois Bell Communications, and went from account executive to vice president-systems. In 1992, he was named vice president-customer service, responsible for installation and maintenance of IBC's products.

In 1986, he first served as superintendent of accounting & business analysis for Savannah River Plant and then started his own consulting firm T.C. Premier Enterprises for small and medium-size businesses.
