The primary objective of the Office of Diversity & Inclusion in the College of Business and Analytics is to enhance a student's college experience by offering services to aid in their success. The Office of Diversity & Inclusion achieves this goal by having an accessible office for students and by offering a selective set of services not found anywhere else in the college.

The Office of Diversity & Inclusion not only serves current College of Business and Analytics students but reaches out to future Salukis as well. The office emphasizes student success by offering virtual and in-person learning workshops and placing an emphasis on networking with other business professionals.

The Office of Diversity & Inclusion is open to all students in the College of Business and Analytics, and aids students in learning to network with other leaders as well as learning about different professions in business.
