An internship is an educational opportunity offered by an employer to students. Interns work either part-time or full-time at a company for a certain period. The goal of an internship is to gain practical work experience and to apply what they are learning in the classroom to the industry.
During an internship, students have the opportunity to enhance their resumes. Students have the option of enrolling in the 3-credit Internship course. During the internship, experienced students should look to expand their knowledge about an industry, refine career aspirations, and expand their professional network. Students become more independent and self-confident while learning the ins and outs of their chosen careers.
To participate in the College of Business and Analytics internship program, please complete the Student Internship Form.
